INSURANCE DETAILS

If you book the truck, someone on our crew roster must be on your shoot. We have a short list of Gaffers and Grips approved to drive the truck, so you won’t need special commercial auto insurance.

RENTED EQUIPMENT INSURANCE and a GENERAL LIABILITY POLICY are required. Before confirming your booking, we’ll need a COI on file naming Forward Creative as an ‘additional named insured.’ (Forward Creative owns and operates Fort Wayne Grip Truck).

Rented Equipment Insurance

Inland Marine policy or Rented Equipment Floater. $50k should cover most isolated equipment rentals.

We’ve partnered with Athos to allow you to purchase this rented equipment insurance directly online! You can get short-term coverage for around $225/project or long-term for around $450/year.

$2M general aggregate limit, $1M per occurrence.
